House passes Employment Security update
The South Carolina House of Representatives in special session today passed a measure on second reading to allow for federal funds to be used for extended benefits for employment security. The measure will get third reading tomorrow, and pass back to the Senate for concurrance.In another matter, Representative Greg Delaney introduced a Resolution of Impeachment. The resolution was ruled out of order under the Sine Die Resolution which the special session was called under by Speaker of the House Bobby Harrell.
