For every session of the South Carolina General since 1985 the, BIPEC has used the roll call votes on business issues to calculate a Vote Score for each member of the SC General Assembly to determine the legislator's business stance. This year 5 members of the 124 members of the South Carolina House of Representatives received a score of 100+. They were Eric Bedingfield, Republican, Greenville County, Mike Forrester, Republican, Spartanburg County, Dan Hamilton, Republican, Greenville County, Joey Millwood, Republican, Spartanburg County, and Garry R. Smith, Republican, Greenville County.
